Always September Somewhere
Carpets of yellow laid over the land elicit spring feelings of excitement, awe and promise. These expanses of flowering canola are also fragile — vulnerable to wind and rain, or the lack of it—and, so, bring a frisson of anxiety about their future.
The yellow is, nevertheless, a stunning sight and one that has brought wonder for a long time. This collection hopes to celebrate the special part of the rural spring experience by capturing flowering canola in a range of ways - different styles, views and degrees of abstraction.
